I almost took it as vacant, good thing I stopped in to this hidden gem!
The service was fast, and the pupusas were about 6" in diameter. Way more food than I expected. So good. The place was so inviting and I found myself dancing in my chair to the music.

Visited Utah, drove by the prior week., as a passenger. Told myself I had to try the pupusas. A week later well worth the time and taste. Cooked fresh. Expect a short wait.
Pupusa Review:
Hands down the best pupusas in Salt Lake I’ve had. I have tried EVERY single pupuseria in the Salt Lake area over the past 3 years and these guys win. Proportion of filling to masa is on spot. Most places tend to have a chalky masa that makes it hard to swallow while missing out on the inside goods. Other places over stuff the pupusa and upset the balance. These guys have the perfect fillings. We got the loroco con queso, chicharrón con queso, and revuelta. And each one was spot on to being juicy and flavorful. Curtido (cabbage topping) and salsa are spot on in flavor as well. I loved loved loved how the cheese was crispy on the outside which perfectly complimented the soft masa. 10/10 recommend this place for their pupusas! As for customer service, a very sweet lady took my order over the phone and the food was ready for takeout in 25 minutes.

This restaurant has authentic Salvadorean food with the best prices. It's very clean and always has great customer services even when going through stressful situations. This restaurant offers regular pupusas and also pupusas made out of rice flour 😋. The pupusas are always soft and delicious.
The owner Carmen is a very nice person, Maria and Maricela are the best cooking and taking care of customers.
I will continue driving 1000 miles or even more to visit this place.
DO NOT EAT HERE! They have horrible service. The food is mediocre at best. Called in to see if they had a dish available and they started making fun of me!!! Very rude and disrespectful. When I called them out they just laughed. An Embarrassment to Salvadorans.

The food was delicious. Easily the best papusas I've ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful as this was my first time at a Peruvian restaurant.
The squash pupusa deserves a 5 star rating. Everything else I had was good but not the best I've had; I'd get the meat tamales again still and the bean and cheese pupusa. The creme tamale I actually would have preferred to eat like corn bread, it tasted like a sweet moist corn bread and would have been real nice with some whipped butter instead of sour cream.
This food has not flavor nor well seasoning. Fried chicken was plain. I do not recommend this place.
